Below is a list of features on our legacy Residential accounts, and the equivalent features on our new platform. We hope you find this article helpful in using your new account portal.

Voicemail can be disabled by changing your extension's "Call Routing" settings (under Services -> Extensions).

|Your extension's "Call Routing" settings, along with the "Find Me" feature, can replace all of these.

|International Call Block||International calling is blocked by default. To enable it, see: International Calling with VoicePulse for Business|
|Ring My Phone||This setting would determine how long your phone will ring before going to voicemail. You can change this in your Extension (under Services -> Extensions).
If "Try First" is set to Phone, change the Ring Time setting next to it.
|Outbound Caller ID Number||You can set your outgoing Caller ID to any number on your account in your Extension settings (under Services -> Extensions).|
|Seven Digit Dialing||See the article: Enabling Seven Digit Dialing|
|Scheduled Do Not Disturb||While there is no direct equivalent, you can send callers through a Time Frame that sends them to your Extension "during hours" and to voicemail "after hours."|
|These features have no equivalent on the new platform.|
