When attempting to log in to your account on voicepulse.com select "sign in" in the top right hand corner of the site. Once you click that you will be given three options to select from to login to your account. If you are not sure which option to choose please read the below instructions.
If you have been a customer of ours for over a year and have not yet migrated to our new Residential or Sip Trunking platforms you will select "Legacy Platforms" after sign in to login to your account.
If you have migrated from our legacy SIP trunking platform (formally known as the "Business" platform) or are a new customer who has signed up for our sip trunking platform labeled "Five SIP trunking" you will select "Five SIP Trunking" after hitting sign in to login to your account.
If you are a customer who has signed up for our Hosted PBX/Business platform or are a residential customer who has been migrated off of our legacy residential platform to our new residential platform you will login on voicepulse.com under the "Home & Business" option after hitting "sign in".
