The Manage Balance Alerts & Thresholds page allows you to place limits on your Organization's spending, and receive email alerts when certain limits are reached.
Enable Low Balance Notifications
Turn this option on to receive an alert when your account's available balance drops below a certain amount. Emails will be sent to all of the Organization's users.
Turn on Auto-Recharge if you want VoicePulse to automatically charge your credit card when your balance gets low. When your balance drops below the "Threshold" amount, we will place a charge to your credit card for the Amount you list, and add that money to your account.
We will charge your card no more than once in the time limit you specify - Daily, Weekly, or Monthly - even if your balance drops below the Threshold amount again.
Email alerts will be sent to all of the Organization's users when a recharge occurs.
Enable Spending Limit
The Spending Limit ensures your account does not incur excessive charges due to unexpected usage. The limit is based on a rolling 24-hour window. If your usage over the past 24 hours exceeds the Threshold you specify (in dollars), your Organization will be temporarily suspended, preventing new charges from accumulating. Note this means incoming and outgoing calls will be disabled.
When your 24-hour usage drops below the Threshold amount, your Organization will be automatically un-suspended. You can also log in and increase the Threshold or disable the Spending Limit to un-suspend the Organization.
Email alerts will be sent to all of the Organization's users when the Spending Limit is reached.
