First, be aware that this article pertains to logging into VoicePulse FIVE, which is at https://five.voicepulse.com. If you're a customer of our older Residential or Wholesale services which are located at http://www.voicepulse.com, the steps in this article don't apply and you should proceed to open a support ticket for further assistance.
If you are, in fact, having trouble logging into https://five.voicepulse.com, the steps here should solve the issue.
Sometimes your browser will cache old versions of web pages or scripts, and you may be unable to log into FIVE.
In most cases, browsing to https://five.voicepulse.com/home/logout and then clicking the "Login / Register" button at the top right of the screen will solve the problem.
If that doesn't help, you should clear your browser's cache (instructions vary by browser type, but should be easy to find via https://www.google.com. Once you do that, go back to https://five.voicepulse.com and click the "Login / Register" button at the top right corner of your widow.
