All rate decks take effect at midnight GMT of the specified date.
VoicePulse does not post partial updates or addendums to rate decks. Upon the latest effective date, the current rate deck supersedes any and all rates listed in the previous deck. VoicePulse reserves the right to retroactively adjust rates due to billing errors or fraudulent usage.
